Established almost twenty two years back, Mas Pack Ltd, has been operating as the leading manufacturers, exporters and suppliers of Combustible Cartridge Cases, Pulp Molding Plant, Paper Pulp Products and Asphaltic Sheet Roofing Plants. We incepted our venture as a manufacturer of Semi Automatic Vacuum Molding Plants used for molding fiber products like egg trays, fruit trays, seed pots packaging for fragile items, etc. Since then, we have been catering the market with premium quality Pulp Molding Plants and Paper Pulp Products of varying shape, contour, thickness and color. All our Paper Pulp products are biodegradable and environment friendly. Our Plants and products proved its superior quality in the market within a short span of time. Thereby, acknowledging our expertise in vacuum molding technology, in 1983, Defense Research Development Organization, Ministry of Defense (Government of India) has approached us to design, manufacture and supply the total plant and machinery on Turnkey basis for the production of Combustible Cartridge Cases (CCC). Ever since then, there was no looking back; by 1988, we developed the complete system of plant & machinery to produce Combustible Cartridge Cases for different guns, as per the requirements of the Indian army. Presently, we have set-up a number of plants on Turnkey basis for the clients of India and abroad.
Also, we are empowered with world class infrastructural facilities, which is well equipped with sophisticated and latest machinery and equipment. proper and industrially standardized quality control measures. The
quality control unit is totally supported by the R&D unit. Both the
units work towards the common objective of developing and diversifying
the CCC range to meet the demand of the Indian Army and others. By
incorporating new technologies, we keep bringing more innovation and
improvisation in the product line. Owing to our stringent efforts, we
have received high acclamation in the market. To keep up the quality
standard, the quality inspectors carry out thorough inspection of the
procured raw material and supervises the entire manufacturing process.
They have streamlined a set of quality parameters, based on which the
finalized products are cross-checked.Infrastructural FacilitiesWe
possess a well-managed infrastructure, which is manned by highly
efficient workforce. The production techniques and methods are in
compliance with the industrially prescribed and standardized norms and
standards. We have established two operative units located in:- Unit-I
is at Cherthala near Cochin airport in the state of Kerala, India; this
unit posses a manufacturing plant and a R&D unit
- Unit-II,
is a advanced and expansive CCC unit in Hyderabad, India. The unit is
spread out over an area of 20 hectares (50 acres) of land with 12,500
square meters (135.000 sq. ft.) of built-up area. The unit as a well
equipped manufacturing unit.
Both
the manufacturing unit are equipped with latest and hi-tech machines.
For the effectual functioning of the machines, we maintain a regular
wear and tear session for them. Further, we have a quality checking and
designing unit also, manned by dexterous professional from the
respective fields. Our infrastructural facilities enables us to carry
the production processes efficiently to meet the production deadline as
specified by the clients. Our MentorOur
mentor Mr. R. V. Thampan is our guiding force. He posses years of
industrial experience and competent in all respect. Mr Thampan has
served the Government of India in the Department of Atomic Energy for
22 years. After years of committed service, he established Mechanical
Assembly Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd., (MAS) in 1977. MAS incepted as a a
light engineering industry for the design development of special
purpose machineries. Under the able direction and guidance of Mr.
Thampan, we have progressed considerably by delivering dedicated
services and quality products to the customers.Our TeamWith
hard work and dedication, our team members have taken the company's
market reputation to considerable heights. They are trained under the
competent guidance of Mr. Mr. R. V. Thampan. Moreover, individually
also, they are well experienced professional who have worked in the
field. Further, they carry a strong motivation spirit and work in close
coordination with each other. For the further up gradation of their
skills and acquaintance with the modern technological developments, we
